Ketoprak Jakarta is a food traditionally consists of  lontong (food consisting of rice steamed in a banana leaf), tofu, sliced cabbage, mihun (thin rice noodles), sprout, chips and sauce made from bean, brown sugar and chili. We can find ketoprak at restaurants and street food stall. In Yogyakarta it can be found at Gajah Mada University complex, precisely along the boulevard park.
